The mission was a success only because the reporter, who had an absolute right to publish the signal intel as it was happening, instead kept all of it under wraps until well after the raid was over.

That the Atlantic reporter kept it secret is the only thing that prevented the F-15's from being shot down.
The reporter was a biased hack journalist and I don't really believe you. An anti-American shitlib keep trying though.

True – Hegseth has committed war crimes by murdering innocent civilians and the survivors of his lawless attacks.

Unfortunately, Hegseth won’t be impeached, blind partisan House Republicans are just as reprehensible and wrong, refusing to confront Hegseth and his crimes.

"Can Pete Hegseth Be Impeach?"

I imagine once the democrats win the mid-terms, they may try to.

Their chances of getting him booted are about the same as the republicans odds, when they tried it with Mayorkas.

The reporter, who, when he realized he was invited to a high level government meeting, should have told them the mistake and left the meeting, instead of staying so he could get a story, and then went public about said meeting, should have been charged.

For all he knew, the existence of that meeting may have been classified and he broke rules even talking about it

Hard to take liberal clowns seriously on this. Not one of these TDS loons demanded accountability for Austin after the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal that saw American service members killed. Yet they call for Sec of War to be impeached over a months old communications issue. How pathetic.

Who added Mike Walz (dept of state) to a military mission?
as national security advisor, he was permitted to be there. He accidentally added Goldberg, not hegseth.

The reporter broke no rules. The people creating a classified chat on signal broke the rules.
The people who invited people without the proper security clearance to the chat broke the rules.

People without a security clearance have no obligation to keep silent, or face any penalty for disclosing the information they are given.

Who gave Walz "add" permission to the chat?
Only the person starting the chat should be allowed to "add" members.
So whoever set up the signal chat should be hung out to dry.

Try this, wash up sea puppy, if you have the nerve to watch through and see your own orders, regard war actions at sea.

Then i'll guess the issue is prosecuting everything both of us mentioned. Your problem is only Hegseth's signaling is within the statute of limitations. So what you mentioned no longer has any legal consequences that can be imposed.

Kinda like talking about the bully who assaulted you in fifth grade. Too late to go after him, so why even bring it up.
Sorry the DOJ said they weren’t crimes

You lose

I figure, if the 4 star Admiral is willing to take the blame, so be it.
I can imagine what the rest of the US armed forces let alone the US Navy thinks of this.

15th post
If still in uniform, using commercial software instead of authorized communications and sharing classified operational information with people that have no security clearances to have ongoing classified operational information, would see him charged, disciplined, all clearances revoked, and most likely booted out, under Uniform Code of Military Justice. It is just as illegal at his level, and just plain stupid.
Maybe he could be recalled to face a court martial.

I agree, he shouldn't have been invited.

.yes, they do. US code 798 says this

Mike walz was the one who started the chat
