And from what I understand that's a real problem....because so many have crossed and immigration courts are under staffed, instead of two or three months for a court date it's taking a year or two. Not being allowed to work, is stressing the system of volunteers and charities who support these families until their court date, is what I've read.....? Unless something has changed????
