Rosie O'Donnell moved to Ireland because Trump drove her crazy. Maybe literally: her therapist asked her to disconnect from social media--and not post or talk about Donald Trump--for two days.

She lasted about two hours.

Which USMB liberal can pass that test? Not mention or refer to Trump for TWO DAYS. I can think of only one or two who could pass that test, even should they give it their best shot.

Anyone willing to try it? (FWIW I voted for him three times, and it's a natural occurrence for me NOT to talk about him for days at a stretch.)

I'd like to challenge them to do so. None of the usual suspects will have the nads to take me up.

Well, of course you don't want to talk about him, you have to know on some level how bad you fucked up.

I’ll do it if Trump can go two days without mentioning Biden

Guess what?
Trump is President of the United States and this is a POLITICAL MESSAGE BOARD
The problem is that there are a lot of crazy people giving access to influence others. Rosie is crazy. She has a right to not be harassed. However, she also has gaslighted people with her views as a known person given TV and social media coverage that is more than the common person. This is not 60 years ago.

A vile dem will inject Trump into a thread on yeast roll recipes.

That is their life. They know nothing else.

Well Sue, I'm sure you realize the reason Rosie really moved was because staying here and facing Trump's reelection only served to remind her every day that everything her party claimed about Trump was false. It is easier to ignore that from across the Pond.

Never gonna happen. You have a better chance asking them to go without air for two days.

FWIW I voted for him three times, and it's a natural occurrence for me NOT to talk about him for days at a stretch.
I hardly pay attention to him these days unless someone posts about it here or if I catch some event in the news covering him, and even then, I only give a cursory view. Following someone day by day is pretty pointless in judging their overall policy aim. Right now I'm starting to look for indicators of fuel and energy prices beginning to inch down so that by next Spring, it starts to appear as economic relief.

If that happens, this will start to reduce costs of things and will be right on par with Trump's expectations during his campaign.

This is hilarious!

I am a former member of Canada's Liberal Party, [2009 to 2015], and back in May of 2025 I joined Canada's NDP because I was tempted to enter the campaign to become the national leader of the NDP but...... alas.... i was two months too late to officially get into the leadership race.

On the positive side I am having fun for the next few weeks and months by promoting an aspiring Prime Minister of Canada from Alberta.

I believe that I could easily pass the Rosie O'Donnel Test, [I actually feel that Trump may be the most courageous and creative thinker to be in the office of POTUS since JFK!

Sooooo... are people not allowed to talk about things other than Trump on a political message board? Not sure the point you're trying to make here.
