Can a Federal Judge order Schumer to end his shutdown?

The answer is “no.” But …

Any such judicial effort is equally as valid as ordering the President to spend money that isn’t available.
The money is available, and the courts made that clear.

"In both cases, the judges ordered the government to use one emergency reserve fund containing more than $4.6 billion to pay for SNAP for November but gave it leeway to tap other money to make the full payments, which cost between $8.5 billion and $9 billion each month."

When you say the “money is available”, are you saying Schumer ended his Shutdown?

Frank, be polite and at least exercise a minimum of mental effort, so you don't waste people's time.
So how can Trump spend money that wasn’t appropriated? Could Trump have built his wall in 2017 like that??

It is questionable (at a minimum) that the money set aside is actually available under the law. Thus, the President was right to seek clarification. Was the court ordering the President to violate the law?

And the “leeway” to “tap other money”? Seriously? Since when is a judge the equivalent of the entire Congress?

This is not Schumers shutdown.

Yes. It is.
Hmm, wrong.

The administration has legal authority to.move funds to the contingency fund, just as it already did for WIC.

Key part: already did. A fact. In reality.

So you're wrong.

Cite? Link? Or do you simply assert stuff and assume that others must agree with you?

As I figured. You spout shit and remain too gutless to just back up your claims.
Says the guy who literally just did that.

Settle down.

The president has legal authority to move funds, like he did for WIC.

I'm not asking you to take my word for it. And I don't care if you believe these simple facts or not.

No a judge can’t, nor can they force Trump to break the law

At this point the Schumer shutdown continues
It should be called the AOC shutdown. Schumer is only doing this to head off a senate challenge by AOC in 2028.

He’s assuming that the Judge first ordered Schumer to end his Shutdown, it’s the only thing that makes sense
