What gets me, is that the government REGULATES wages for job categories in all government positions that are not political hierarchy. Even in the military, wages are capped at some point, unless you get a promotion, because it depends on your job/experience level.

The main problem with public jobs is, that companies have become so corrupt, they do as they please........even the politicians are paid off by companies to look the other way, and they do look the other way.........ALWAYS.

Another problem is, that companies and businesses have gone to the "blanket" system. This means that instead of giving merit to each INDIVIDUAL employee and basing their pay on THEIR skills and THEIR contributions........the company pays everybody the same, and the company gives the same raise to everybody, regardless of skill, merit, or contributions. This is why raises went from 10% down to 3% or less.

This is also why the entire business industry is fucked up. Companies don't really need applications or resumes.......they are completely a waste of time and efforts, as it's ALL based on WHO WILL WORK FOR THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MONEY. THAT is who gets hired. Not the skilled, not the experienced, not the intellectually gifted, etc.... The one who will accept the LEAST pay is the one thats hired. Regardless of experience, regardless of IQ, regardless of understanding the job or the company, regardless of giving a damn about doing the job or learning it.

There are TONS of other factors involved in this part of the problem, but it IS a major, catastrophic problem.

As for consumer prices, profits, etc.... There ARE guidelines that are supposed to be adhered to, but greedy, corrupt, abusive companies find ANY reason to drive up prices for THEIR greed, NOT because actual production and supply prices went up.

And it's gotten so bad since the 90's, that it's become standard now. To hell with ethics, proper business practice, and legitimate business standards........it's ALL about GREED.

A "free market" does not include unethical, corrupt, abusive, and nefarious traits in the business world. People are under the impression that "free" means to do as they please. It does NOT! It means you can start your own company, without government interference, to create a product or service AT A REASONABLE and REALISTIC price for consumers.

But thats not whats happened. Yes, it's Communism, but it's Communism that the corrupt, company bribed politicians have fostered and bred. It is Communism via corrupt crime syndicates known as "business ventures". It's an economic Communism, not a social one, like everybody thinks it is.

And yes, things like prices, profits, and wages CAN be regulated without it being "communist". There are actual laws that have been in existence for decades to regulate business and what business does, but the "law makers" have drowned them all in corruption and greed mongering for that almighty dollar bill. And the employee and the consumer are the ones having to pay for it all, in one form or another.
