By any possible measure, we were more EQUAL after the sub-prime crash.

i have been here 5 years and have yet to see any graffiti at least were i am at......in Anaheim in the shadow of Disneyland it was just about everywhere.....but Anaheim at least had a graffiti program were it was removed after about a week or two....but then it usually appeared again....
