This is stupid and pointless........and a violation of the 2nd Amendment.....it doesn't stop mass shooters...who have been shown to plan their shootings 6 months to 2 years in advance of the attack....and it doesn't stop gangs....they use straw buyers and will simply steal guns, or use many straw buyers.....

This is why we don't trust anti gunners when they say they don't want to ban guns......the do stupid, pointless crap like this...
