It requires 468 Gallons of water to refine one barrel of oil.

No, the problem they have with water is their mismanagement of that resource. They have plenty of water. Speaking of that, if you want to go down that road, it takes 1900 gallons of water to produce one pound of almonds. No, they mismanagement everything out there. Again, back off with the TDS will ya. If you look into the reason by Valero, it has nothing to do with Trump. Chevron didn't pack up from the company's headquarter in San Ramon and move to TX because Trump told them. Chevron, before renaming to Chevron, was founded in San Francisco and left for San Ramon in 2001. The company started the moving process in 2021 and left in 2024. Both Chevron and Valero shared the same reason for leaving CA and I am sure you can figure out why if you remove Trump from your brain for a minute..
