California elementary school principal disciplined for 'upsetting' behavior during school shooter drill

^^^ I get why the lady was punished, but I don't know if I would have gone as far as having her be fired if her fate had ended up in my hands and my feelings are because we can't blame the woman that such a drill might be necessary now. She isn't the reason why so many school shootings have taken place to where a drill such as the one that she did might be more important now compared to a fire drill. What would be a more proper way to do a shooting drill? Did the lady tell those students about what she thinks is the right thing to do when a school shooting does take place? At the end of the day, what is the right thing to do when a school shooting takes place?

God bless you and the lady and the kids at the school always!!!
