Good that they will be in jail for a long time.........but it astounds me for the number of years or life sentences given in such cases. Can't you just rule life behind bars with no possibility of parole, or better yet, if the crime is bad enough (such as this, and those like it)......just send them for a long walk on a short pier in shark or piranha invested waters and be done with it.
