My co worker chose to move to California even though he's not going to make more because he's mostly commission. But he wants to tap into that Cali market. Thinks there's opportunity there. I just wish people who retire and have to leave California would realize they made a fortune in California. Money they wouldn't have made in the new state they moved to.

Why didn't he work in the state he moved to? Or, how much is he going to make in that new state where houses are much cheaper? A LOT less than he made in Cali.
