Why is Cali so poorly run?



The US exports millions of barrels of oil per day.

Cali shuts down refineries.

Now they are about to run out of gas.

So where are all of the stores and shops that get their goods from the ports and farms in the state going to get them?

I notice the Cali government does not reduce gas tax when the cost is high BECAUSE CALIFORNIA REFUSES TO USE ITS EXISTING CRUDE OIL EXTRACTION INFRASTRUCTURE, NOR ITS REFINEMENT INFRASTRUCTURE AND INSTEAD RELIES ON IMPORTS FROM THE MIDDLE EAST!


CALIFORNIA HAS EVERYTHING THEY NEED TO BE ENERGY INDEPENDENT!
