They could have spent it maintaining our roads. But then, that would have deprived them of the excuse to raise the taxes on transportation fuels and vehicle registrations.

Something is very, very, very wrong with too many Californians. If enough of us were sane enough, Fairy Moonbeam Brown, and a majority of our state legislators, would be hung from various trees. Or at least we would have passed Proposition Six by an overwhelming margin this past election, to repeal this latest fraud/waste/corruption tax.
