"caging" investigation requested

Vote caging is when you send a voter inquiry to a person with a "do not forward" to someone how is say overseas serving his country and then because they cant possibly answer it you remove them from the voting list.

Black soldiers were targeted by Griffin to rob them of their right to vote.

They don't know what "caging" is all about, tm, and the nomenclature scares the hell out of them.

To put it bluntly, it is denying the ****** troops (and others) their votes because they are not at their home of record due to their involvement in the WAR ON TERROR!!!!!!!!!!

A good reading of the book "Armed Madhouse" by Greg Palast would be in order for them to understand "caging".

I've worked the polls every election for 17 years.

Voter "caging" is the #1 most effective tactic for stripping 10% of the targeted population of their right to vote. They mass mail certified registered mail requiring signature to target population. These people are busy at work when post man arrives. The envelopes don't say anything about election or voting on them, so many refuse to sign thinking it's a summons, tax collector or bill collector. Suddenly they are stripped of their right to vote.
