CA has a giant spanking new reservoir for runoff

Here AGAIN/Every time, OFF Topic ToddsterPoofette is a DISHONEST ONE-LINE (or jpg) HARASSMENT TROLL.
(oft 5 or so words with a question mark, as he can't be bothered - and no real knowledge- to Refute anything)
He has NO life and No reason for Posting except Baiting from his Wheelchair for some tiny detail.

Ummmmm, your first post was an off topic troll. Dumbfuck.

Lake Powell and Lake Meade are estimated to rise about 3% each this year which is great news since they've been dropping for many years. They are at about 1/4 of full capacity. The official story blames drought, but the truth is the drop is due mostly to overconsumption by Western states especially California. California is basically akin to China and air pollution. If they don't start taking water conservation seriously we will need about 10 years in a row of record snow pack to get back to normal levels.

Aaaaaaaaaand it was last refilled by the Great Flood of 1862. The region IS almost a desert, and Tulare lake is normally dry.
And it's full again due to rainfall runoff, ya derp.

It used to cover 1200 miles and was 50 foot deep before flooding. At the Southern end the water evaporates and besides that, the water purges underground sitting atop a layer of clay.

No shit sherlock. That is the whole point! It is normally a dry lake. Rainstorms, especially the big ones, fill it.

DURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

You can't help yourself. Off topic hypocrite.

Sure thing, sock puppet. Get back to the subject, namely a DRY lake that refills whenever there is a major rainstorm.

Global warming has not been "dropped" and the rise in temperature is quite significant.

It's not clear here. Are you attempting to claim that there was a shift from the term "global warming" to "climate change" and that it had some significance? That is a very old and completely debunked argument. You have some catching up to do.

Atmospheric CO2 has not been at the level we have TODAY for close to 3 million years. Modern humans have only existed for 200,000 years. The current rate of warming is seven to ten times faster than any of the eight or nine glacial cycles in the last million years. That human activities are the primary cause of the observed warming is simply undisputed.
Bullshit data from liars that have been caught faking data.

I read an article a couple of months ago that I didn't bookmark. The article said that the "drought" in the West was more like weather as usual. There was a period of several decades of abnormally wet weather and a lot of agriculture was established and then it returned to more normal. Then they had this really wet year.

Mother Nature is in charge.

Thanks for agreeing about the "dumbest mother fuckers to ever knuckledrag this planet".... and thanks for hopping off your girlfriend's dick and representing them perfectly.

You're a fucking liar that can't even afford hair..... but your paralyzing stupidity is amusing, so thanks for that, too.
More MAGAt sexual fantasies brought out.

And all we can do is clean up afterwards.

So, you're trying to tell me something I already know about Tulare Lake.
And who am I a sock puppet of, or are you trolling and acting like the usual dumbass that you are?

No, it hasn't. This thread is perfect to prove you wrong. Look up the Great Flood of 1862.

I dare you.
Um, son, what used to be "drought of the century" or "storm of the century", or "fire of the century" now can occur almost every year. Things have changed dramatically since the start of the industrial revolution, and science proves it.

I've said it before. Climate change should be officially classified as a religion. The principles and the actions of those who believe in it are no different.
Your scientific illiteracy cannot trump science.

It's not a theory believed in by the few, it is science, proven to the many, the many who can understand it.
