Yes, DRUGS....The party of INFANTICIDES priority when it comes to keeping ones voting rights with a base that cares more about them than money or a tax increase....kind of scary when one looks at the situation!

------------

To recap, Buttigieg is saying possession of heroin and meth would be legal, but the distribution would not be legal.

Wallace pressed to ensure that Buttigieg was being understood correctly.

“You would say that possession of heroin is not illegal,” the Fox News host said, to make clear.

“Not going to be dealt with through incarceration,” Buttigieg replied, coming up just short on saying it would be legal, but stressing there would be no punitive action that involves jail.

Wallace noted that the candidate’s website says decriminalize it, prompting more doublespeak from Buttigieg.

“Yes,” he answered. “Or it could be a misdemeanor. The point is not the legal niceties, the point is we’ve learned through 40 years of a failed war on drugs that criminalizing addiction doesn’t work.”

Well, Buttplug IS an educated idiot. He's showing this more and more.

Decriminalization doesn't mean it will be legal to sell it, or be caught buying it. It means that people caught with a personal usage amount won't be arrested, and will be offered help or their addiction instead of being thrown in jail... where it does them and society no good.

ON THE SURFACE OF IT, it sounds like he wants to decriminalize USERS. Essentially victimless crimes. Our prisons are full of people who've hurt no one. Or we can continue the police state of being the world's largest prison state. But with that comes the responsibility of addressing WHY people are on heroin and meth in the first place: our society offers no jobs, no opportunity, nothing good for these people to do, so they end up in drugs.

Fine if you want to end the police state, but with it, we have to address the cause: Massive urban breeding centers. Before government can solve that, they have to solve their own problems. But if we decriminalize victimless drug use, maybe we could take the money that would have been spent incarcerating them and getting them decent rehab. 99% of all government programs are underfunded jokes.

The drug war is over it's lost. americans want their drugs that's just the way it is. Treat them last me alcohol. In their own back yards well that's their business. Alcohol is a drug and it's legal if you want a drink at home as long as you don't drive while using it...like booze and we all know how much americans love to drink.
