Exercise riding is fine but it’s misapplication of a bicycle to have it in heavy traffic. Meanwhile dozens of cars get crowded from 3 lanes down to two so that a 20mph bicycle can come by once every 15 minutes.
Artificially Advancing the underclass is a lousy state or national goal especially when imposing upon the vast majority.
