I've only voted in Ohio and Arizona where citizenship is required. As for these 3 states where non-citizens are allowed local voting rights, I wonder how administration of restriction to national elections is handled.
It seems to me the election process is complicated enough without tossing in this monkey wrench.

As a former New Yorker, I can only speak for NYC. I still recieve NYC Democrat voting propaganda for my father and mother both deceased, my deceased wife of 24 years gone and myself.In fact I just got a thank you for voting from the Flushing Democratic Party, that I never joined nor am not a resident of NYC for the last 25 years. .
