Bush Address: Russia and China on our side?

I'm watching bush's address with eu scum. He just said Russia and China are on "our side" regarding controlling Iran. Isn't this a lie? All I've seen out of Russia is various insane plans to help keep Iran's nuke program out of the spotlight.

Its called diplomacy, you can't ever really speak the truth about Commie China and Russia. All it would do is advertise tension. We all have to pretend we're friends, when we all know we're not.
