Mayor Konstantine Anthony is currently running for Los Angeles County Supervisor where a big issue on the ballot is policing reform. Anthony not only supports defunding the police and restricting officers' use of force in hostile scenarios along with other stringent measures, but also wants to work to create a future without police and prisons.

When asked, "Do you support abolishing the police?" He replied, "Yes, I'm a full abolitionist," meaning he supports a "police less state."

Another meatball somehow amazingly elected to office by absolute idiots who, despite two years now of complete failure and 300% increase in crime by just the limited BLM/Defund The Police already tried and utterly FAILED everywhere done, STILL thinks he can make his "transformative" bullshit work.

Gives you an idea just how lost in the ozone the far left really are now. Yeah, police have no impact on crime?!

Only the same space cadets who believe that disarming law-abiding citizens could lead to a reduction of school shootings could believe that our society would work on an "honor system" where criminals, knowing there are no police and no armed citizens, would restrain themselves from theft, looting, rape and murder or turn themselves in.

I'm okay with this. Any criminal thug wants to attack me, I'll just blow him away! I won't have to worry about being arrested or charged with a crime since their won't be crimes if he gets his way. It'll be a little bit like the Wild West days. I won't have to worry about having a gun since there will be no crimes including owning a gun. Automatic machine gun will do.

I'm with you on most of that. Although, I feel the 30-day ban on guns in New Mexico is just a test. If they get away with it there, it'll spread like wildfire to a lot of liberal cities.

The two things aren't the same. The Burbank mayor wants to get rid of all police and not have crimes on the books. He thinks everyone will sit down and be groovy and love one another like in Portland and Seattle in the summer of love. The idiot NM governor is increasing crime and a need for police to arrest gun owners. The same thing will happen that crime will go up.
This is what happens when our leaders are atheists and don't really believe in God. They have no grounding base to be a strong society. Instead, they believe in everything which creates anarchy and stupid leaders like these two yo-yos. Both don't even consider the U.S. Constitution as the Law of the Land. Nor, do they with their State Constitutions as well. They feel they can do anything. And, because more and more people believe less in and on God, they get voted in even in Red states.
