The best one I've ever seen isn't even in the website photos, but was a local phenomenon. I was in our local WM a few years ago, and I live in a relatively small town. This *woman* walked past me, but turned out it was an elderly man with a red bouffant wig, wearing black fishnet hose, spike heels, a kelly green mini skirt, and a long white sweatshirt that reached just below his butt, with the little green skirt just barely showing under the shirt, and bright red lipstick. I did more than one double-take, lol. He could have at least shaved off the 5 o'clock shadow.
