We do. You have no idea the trouble (and damages) these brats bring into our building. We have a swimming pool, billiards room, exercise room, arts & crafts room, picnic area with barbeque grills. Every one of these has been damaged by the kids.

I have 2 points to counter that.

1 - As long as their rule is that they require parents, then they cant be sued for age discrimination.

2 - These kids parents arent taking them anywhere. Daddy isnt around and momma is watching tv on a couch collecting welfare.
