Bronze and Silver Obamacare Program are GARBAGE - Liberals let’s not forget this.

Good grief... How in the world can equality exist in the healthcare of human beings if we haven't figured out how to fix these crazy problems of this person paying more but getting less, and this person paying less and getting more, and this person getting better quality, while this person gets poor quality on and on and on ??? Don't all humans pull their pants up one leg at a time ? Well maybe not the one that went in for a hernia operation, but came out missing his leg.

If equality in health care means everyone goes to the same hospital, we've got a few too many thousand hospitals for that to work.

. No, not all go to the same hospital as you put it, but rather all having the same rights to care when go to any hospital or care facility. And people should have the same chances to survive if ones quality of care has anything to do with it also. Healthcare is the one thing in this nation that should have no borders.

The Dimcrats complain that people might lose their insurance. Over 90% elect the bronze or silver. These plans are pure garbage and actually the equivalent of no insurance.

For a single person:
Premiums: $300-700 for Bronze, $400-1000

Deductibles $6500 for bronze; $5000 for Silver (so before the insurer pays $1 you have to meet these entire deductibles!)

Co-pays: 60/40 bronze (so after you pay $6500 out of pocket you had to cover 40% of the cost) and 70/30 for Silver

Doctor visit: $40 gen, $60 spec, $200 IR. The Silver isn’t much better

Doctor availability: very small since many doctors opt out.

These programs are absolutely horrible. These are what 90% if Obaminationcare enrollee get into. It is a travesty and an injustice!

It's better than the GOP Healthcare plan:

It's not just Ron Paul. I'm pretty sure all Republicans say "let him die". And I suspect, they get more "fun" out of it if it's a slow, agonizing death.

My unsubsidized ACA-complient plan for 2018 for which I will pay a little under $700 per month (straight off the card):

Silver Option 2 94 Link

Primary Care Physician $10
Specialist $25
Urgent care 10%
Emergency $100
RX: $5 per for generic

In-Network Deductible

Individual $0
Family $0

Preventative Services in Network
N/C

THANKS OBAMA!

*Suggestion: Not all states have competition or choices such as we do in Idaho. Call a broker who specializes in ACA policies and shop it - Never know what ya might find!

For a Silver plan? I call bullshit.

That's the problem. It's not. ACA is actually worse than doing nothing. It doubles down on all the mistakes that have created the health care mess in the first place. It's a last ditch effort to preserve the failed system for the special interests who are deeply invested in it.

Obviously you're ignorant as to how health insurance works, along with most others on the right.

These are catastrophic illness and injury plans not intended as health maintenance .

Like most conservatives your opposition to the ACA has more to do with your unwarranted hostility toward President Obama than the merits of the Act.

While the ACA is a bad solution it better than what was before it. Pre-existing condition riders, jacking up rates when someone get sick and generally making insurance unavailable to the sick was a huge problem. We forget this because the ACA at least fixed that.

While I am on a group plan and have never personally tried to enroll in Obamacare, I took the plan details of the bronze and silver plan, so yea this reflects the plan.

Obamacare mandated certain coverage (such as maternity coverage) there are no catastrophic coverage under Obamacare. Just high deductible plans

It makes me laugh when you respond, because it is always the same response by you. It is one big red herring. You start with a personal attack, then you say everyone else is wrong (without offering any valid argument of why the opposing view is wrong, just that it is wrong) and then you say you are right (without offering a shred of proof you are right - when you are wrong).

This is what I mean when I say ACA doubles "down on all the mistakes" that created the health care fiasco in the first place. The notion that insurance must cover people who are already sick is delusional. And delusional desires tend to produce irrational laws - ACA.

According to facts that proved the shit policies to be shit policies....ripoffs. Simple. The government regulates businesses to protect consumers. It is how shit is done in places with laws and stuff. Catch up.

Right. Government knows what's best for us and we should just shut up and follow orders. Piss off.

Asshole. We elect the people who run the government. It’s within our power to make them do our bidding.

Yes, the good ole "will of the people". The founders knew better than to create a government based on unlimited democracy. The government isn't there to do your bidding - or anyone else's. It's there to protect each individual's rights to do their own "bidding". Not to enable them to force their will on others.

Correct.

That is exactly what the founders sought to avoid in the federal structure.

There are co-pays but no "in network" deductibles.
Also, St Luke's is the largest health care provider in Idaho and my plan is St Luke's centric - so there are hundreds if not thousands of specialists who are in network
Last year my deductible was $800 so this one is even better!
Seriously - find a really good independent broker specializing in ACA-complient policies next time the opportunity comes around.
I realize that not all states offer a plan as good as mine OR have any competition, but you never know what you might find.

While I am not a fan of Obamacare, I do want to be talking to good information.

For a Silver plan? I call bullshit.

Call it whatever you like Hook .. Typed it directly off my card - do you need to see redacted copies of my last cancelled check and policy?

If that is the case that is not too bad of a plan. From then people I have talked to in IL who got Obamacare they have stated differently.

So what do you do for those sick people? Let them die? Hope they have a spouse who has a group plan? Worked wonders for my brother-in-law, his wife left him and kicked him off her insurance only 1 yr after he was diagnosed with MS. Her reasoning, “I didn’t sign up to take care of a sick person.” I digress.

See Hook - Therein lies the problem. Hearsay as in "people i have talked to"

People: It varies (BIGLY if you will) from state to state.
Was anyone denying these problems with Obamacare - Obama perhaps?
Nope - Everyone PLEASE stop being simplistically STOOPID and offer solutions
Thanks
