I'll take our '1st Amendment' over what you guys have any day.
I have a feeling many years from now as the Islamists take over and undo the freedoms the Brits currently have, the old timers that are left, will be wishing they had spoken out years before.

Even fake democracies (incl. the USA) have ELECTIONS - so there is a peaceful way (don't need a US like Jan.6th) to change a government.

If voting for the established parties is the right way - (the ones who fucked up almost everything in the past 50 years) or to establish a new party - that would be the question. Since only a TRUE democracy (plebiscites) would ensure the peoples want's and wishes.

According to the 'Communications Act of 2003' they could be just simply 'grossly offensive', and it could get you charged with an offence.

Section 127 of the act makes it an offence to send a message that is grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character over a public electronic communications network.

It gets awkward for you if you have to post those fact things.

Ive just watched the video of the "elderly man" filming his arrest. He is obviously a **** like the sovereign citisen nutters.
thats probably why no context is given. The police bend over backwards to treat him with the respect he doesnt deserve.
My guess is that he is calling for death to people who dint look like him.
