I am not for this degenerate hook up culture. But this won't increase marriage rates, people hooking up in bars for one night stands aren't looking to get married. This isn't about marriage, these radical feminists don't care about promoting marriage and family. Unsubstantiated???? Study after study, report after report shows that rapists are getting away with it. Somewhere between 1 and 3% of rapists are ever punished, which means that 97 to 99% of rapists get away with it.

Rape is a private crime in that usually only the rapist and his victim are present, so in court, it's her word against his. The man is calm, in control. The woman is upset, crying. He says she consented. She says otherwise.
