Silly Brits. Little chance of a burglar drowning in a kiddy pool unless he lays on his stomach! What they are is a slipping and tripping hazard. THEN after fallen over and knocked out, he might drown.

Or, if it were me, I'd hold his head under until the bubbles stopped, then drag his worthless carcass off the property and throw him in the concrete pool of the real estate owner.

Imagine, rather than fix the damn security gate, they tell these poor people to go without a pool or empty 15,000 gallons a day.
