Trump Lawyer Jenna Ellis Mocked For Calling Simone Biles, Megan Rapinoe 'Losers'
Twitter users quickly noted that Biles and Rapinoe each have a boatload of achievements, while Ellis has a series of election suit losses.
"Ellis was apparently miffed at two of President Joe Biden’s choices to receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom on Thursday: Olympic gymnast Simone Biles and World Cup-winning soccer star Megan Rapinoe. So, in the current GOP spirit of being automatically and arbitrarily against anything connected with Biden no matter how little connection it has to actual policy, Ellis took to Twitter to gripe that the nation’s highest civilian honor was being given to two champion athletes. However, in her breathless effort to score culture war points, Ellis made a serious factual error by referring to Biles and Rapinoe as “losers.” If people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones, then maybe attorneys who lose 63 election lawsuits shouldn’t refer to athletic champions as “losers.”
Being a reactionary-right winger is literally the easiest thing to do -- because it takes essentially no intellectual honesty or knowledge of policy solutions, anything -- all you gotta do is troll about insignificant goofy shit and engage in pointless culture war BS and white conservative grievance......and no matter what you ACCURATELY said about the Republican base in your recent past -- all of that will be forgiven as long as you make them think you hate the same people they hate......Because that is the only way you can explain how a woman who once said this -- can now say what she says now....it's a cult...
Now instead of spending the whole year listing the ridiculously stupid arguments of Trumpers -- you are now banking your whole career on the belief that making those same ridiculously stupid arguments -- will pay your bills for the foreseeable future...It's funny how the person who is whining about Trumpers not being truth seekers; is the same person who went to court to prove the so-called truth that the election was stolen -- only to lose 63 times and not allege voter fraud in a single one of those court cases....pathetic.....
