.the police had a warrant....the boyfriend started shooting at them......it was an accident all the way around, you dumb ass........the cops were shot at first, and fired in response...you dumb ass. The guy who planned the raid should be fired...the cops who were shot at were defending themselves.
The ATF has a warrant at Waco, you guys still treat Kiddy-Diddling Cultists like martyrs..
Waco was another screw up where no one was held accountable.

So will the city now burn?
~~~~~~
More than likely they will... No matter the decision by the Grand Jury, BLM planned to riot.
Breonna Taylor chose her boy friend (a convicted drug dealer poorly) and died because her boy friend shot at the police and was caught in the firefight. The Grand Jury found that the Police involved did in fact follow procedure knock and announce themselves before the shooting.
Kenneth Walker is and was involved in the drug trade and is basically responsible for her death. He should be charged with her death.
Her boyfriend wasn't a convicted drug dealer, that is a lie. Neither Taylor nor Kenneth Walker has any drug offenses on their records. What neighbor claimed they heard them announce themselves again? Her ex boyfriend was already in custody, so why were they are her apartment again? Why weren't any of these officers wearing body cameras? Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron is a disgrace.
Simple, they had a warrant, and Kenneth Walker fired at them, injuring one officer...Not gonna end well when you shoot at police....
I am shocked that you right wingers are defending Mr Walker's actions, you claim if someone kicks your door in you have a right to defend yourself and your family.
Except that they knocked, and announced....So when he shot, he knew who it was that he was shooting at...
A person is legally allowed to protect his home.
Not from police officers who have a legal warrant. You’re such a leftist.
The warrant was granted based upon lies.
What lies? Maybe it was incorrect but the police officers did knock, no response, gave fair warning before entering, no response, came in and were shot at first. If you are a police officer following orders (you have no idea if the warrant is based on "lies") how is that your fault?
The cops presented the lies (which I already posted a link) so they did know.
If they did then shame on them but if they are honest and the suspect did say he shot first, then they didn't do anything wrong. And Taylor was no longer an EMT. She was fired as has been reported and was a known associate of the drug dealers in question. Problem is the media lies so much we may never know the truth.
Here you go neocon nimrods
1) The boyfriend disputes that they yelled police.
2) He was allowed to carry
3) The police were after an old boyfriend who was subsequently arrested in August
What I find so ironic about this from the neocon loons is they are all about 'protecting' themselves and not allowing the 'state' to ride roughshod over them. If this had been some good old boy hayseed who had been protecting his property you'd be all over the 'liberally run' Louisville police dept (via the Mayor et al). You guys are nimrods.
No-knock warrants are just tragedies waiting to happen.
Yeah, the thing is, the warrant was changed to “knock and announce”, which is what they did....
And look what happened. Bad outcome for everyone involved.
Never the less, don't shoot at police and bad outcomes won't happen
She wasn't fired. That is the lie. She quit an earlier job to take another. Those who will create lies to defend corrupt police actions know no lengths they will not go to, to defend that.
I half agree. There were mistakes made by the ATF and FBI, but the Davidians offed themselves. No Great Loss.
Of course it is. Koresh could have easily been arrested but the government wanted to make a big show. I don't recall the numbers but many innocent kids were killed. No great loss? You are as bad as those you condemn.
The police were fired at and acted in self defense
So if you were in the same situation you would have waited to see who was kicking in your door. So if you were in the same situation you would have waited to see who was kicking in your door. Unbelievable.
Independent
So if you were in the same situation you would have waited to see who was kicking in your door. Unbelievable.
Independent witness claimed they identified themselves and knocked. They thought they were at the right place and then one of the cops was shot in the leg.
The first time he was interviewed he claimed he didn't hear them and then AFTER he was interoggated 2 more times OH HE HEARD THEM IDENTIFY THEMSELVES. Now I guess ALL the other residents who didn't hear them are lying.
They don't know if Walker shot the cop or one of the other cops firing shot him.
if your one of those cops, tell me your not going to shoot back when you have an active shooter.
If your in your home and you think someone is breaking in are you telling me you are not going to fire.
it was a bad situation but not every bad situation is racism. Sometimes you can chalk it up to shit happens.
Sorry, I can't chalk an innocent woman being murdered to shit happens.
I dont have a problem with the guy firing on the cops if he thought they were breaking in... yes, that is called shit happens and it was a mistake. By the same token, the Cops didnt MURDER Breona. They only fired their weapons because they were shot at first. How about a little honesty instead of calling every cop shooting murder because you just dont like cops? Breona died because of a tragic mistake and being caught between two other parties at hand who each thought the other was the aggessor. The cops didnt fire first.
They murdered that woman. Police were firing bullets into windows covered with shades. If this was a justified killing the city would not have paid 12 million dollars to the family.
If you want to hold the police department or city monetarily liable for a wrongful death, thats one thing. But you still cant call it murder. There was no intention to murder. The cops were out to serve warrants, sometimes that involves knocking down a door. They got shot at and returned fire. Did they wrongfuly shoot too many times? or at someone they couldnt see? Thats one thing, but you need to be in those guys shoes day after day when you have to serve warrants and often come up against armed individuals who want to kill you.
If there were no drugs on the street ruining peoples lives, destroying young peoples lives and putting them in the grave every day, there would be no reason to have search warrants would there? Shes dead because cops do what they have to do and sometimes things go wrong. But to call that murder is also wrong. Its more of the news media trying to shape the news instead of reporting it. Dividing the country against each other seems to be their goal.
Its obvious that you don't know shit. You're the pot calling the kettle black. While a simple search shows that Taylor did "resign", unchallenged information also states that the termination form has a box checked stating do not rehire. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that there was more to the story than she just quit.
Yes, the employer was upset she quit. It happens. She had no problem getting another job but thanks for enforcing the idea that she was fired was a lie. Why would people do something like this?
You act like she wasn’t a black thug selling drugs lol
She wasn't. The cops had the wrong address.
How did a dead body show up in her car?
You didn't even correct him on his lie.
The address on the warrant was hers. In fact HER NAME was on the warrant.
It truly boggles the mind how uninformed most of the left seem to be. Then when you give them the facts they act like the drummer on the Muppet Show and go crazy.
Proof positive that our corrupt medias propaganda and FAKE NEWS works.
What a desperate attempt to recover your failed argument. LOL You know as well as I do that "the employer was upset", is more conjecture and disinformation.
I've seen nothing to say that they were even presented with this. Were they? Hopefully we will find out.
You really have nothing to justify your outrage
just generalized anger at whites and the police
but in every incident that has made national headlines - with one or two exceptions - blacks contributed to their own death by engaging in criminal activity and then resisting arrest
It was 22. Killed by their own cultist parents, so no great loss, they'd have just grown up to be whacked out cultists.
Yes, sometimes you want to make a big show of arresting a drug-dealing, gun running, child molesting cultist.
But that's the point. HER NAME shouldn't have been on the warrant. She was innocent and hadn't been involved with the man they were looking for (who, for those playing along at home, had already been taken into custody 40 minutes earlier at his correct address) for some time.
The crazy thing is this woman was murdered by the police, and no one is being held accountable.
Only during these times, could shut an open and shut case be denied by irrational leftists and blacks!
(1) The cops got a LEGITIMATE no knock warrant. No knock warrants were held constitutional, if it can be proven that knocking puts the officers in danger. Getting rid of it is a huge disservice.
(2) Regardless the officers still knocked and only preached the apartment when no one responded.
(3) Taylor’s BF proved the no knock was warranted, when he fires upon the officer FIRST!
(4) Then the officers are considered to act reckless by firing back at a known dangerous drug dealer who fired at them!
The Officers didn’t cause the situation her BF did. If you want to avoid getting shot, don’t sleep with morons that are going shoot at the police.
More lies.
I few more facts unearthed:
(1) Taylor was an accomplice to her ex-BF’s criminal enterprise. There was a recording from prison that she was managing it for him and HENCE the warrant was provided.
(2) Her new BF was a criminal also. This gem of a person liked to sleep with dangerous felons.
(3) Taylor was not sleeping in her bed she was up and about. Didn’t try to stop her BF from shooting at the cops.
(4) The new BF shot and hit one officer in the leg and then they returned fire
The media once again lied. They are the enemy of the people!
No one was murdered. Your integrity has been getting murdered however....but that is totally justifiable. :)
