Currently, 4 Republicans in the House have voted No on a key procedure vote. It only takes 3 to halt the bill from proceeding at this time.

There are about 9 - 10 other Republicans who still haven't cast a vote....which basically means they absolutely hate this bill and don't want to vote for it.
