Brits in EU slide into Brexit banking limbo as some UK banks shut their accounts

Thousands of Brits residing in the EU have been informed by UK banks that their EU-based bank accounts will soon be shut. A range of British banks,

Here is a sad tale. Brits work their nuts off for 40 years with a dream of retiring to the sunshine in their retirement.

But brexit has scuppered that to a large extent. Now their banks have closed their accounts because the new red tape makes them unprofitable.

The govt could have adressed this as part of their amazing brexit deal but they didnt. It looks very much like Johnsons "oven ready" deal" was actually "half baked".

Of course these people could come back to johnsons |Britain. Its warmer than Spain in many places. However the beaches are covered in shit so that our tory water companies can make bigger profits. vaya con Dios.

And Wells Fargo was happy to offer residential mortgages in the US and now are going to stop doing it. Must have been brexit too
