A total of 30 federal grand jury subpoenas were issued related to the investigation into the Obama-era “Russigate” probe, a source told The Post.

Congress has subpoena power but subpoenas are often ignored and testimony can be argued by partisan politicians. A federal grand jury subpoena is a different issue. Testimony can lead to an indictment.
