It backs her story and is unlikely a fabrication.
Why? Isn't it just as likely that she tossed the bottle herself?
And she broke her own phone too?
Drunk on wine.... who knows. Her word against his.
If she had been drunk the police would have arrested her for DUI or at least done a test. No she wasn't drunk.
I don't know what is needed for a domestic conviction not having learned about any of them, but it sounds like her word deserves serious consideration plus the unlikelihood that she would break her own phone and immediately be able to make up the whole story. It is way too much of a stretch.
Her word deserves no more consideration than his. Who knows why she would break her phone. Answer me this: Why was she driving without headlights?
Who know if she was drunk? She apparently wasn't tested. Once the magic words, George Zimmerman were heard. focus shifted to shafting him. No. No one knows the whole story, but absent forensic evidence that Zimmerman broke the bottle and phone, there is no case.
Besides, breaking bottles is not against the law. Breaking a phone is at best a misdemeanor for destruction of private property. It is in no way, shape or form domestic abuse.
