I was mistaken because of a lack of information. She had Missouri plates on her car, and the vehicle was registered to a Kansas City address. Apparently she moved to Minnesota about eight months ago to be with her current "wife" and took her last name. She also has ties to Colorado.

As far as her ties to any organization paying her to be a "legal observer", we don't know yet. But she did appear to be involved in the operation of the protest, and was at that location all day.

He suffered a heart attack, concussion, traumatic brain injury and the assault was so traumatic he lost consciousness.

Clearly that kind of assault is sufficient to justify deadly force in response.
