Check out all the videos, then go back to the original video...you will see how fast she quickly she starts the car forward after backing up, and you'll see him realize he is now in her path.......as she starts forward he draws his weapon.

No.....she turned away from the agent at her door.....and that put the agent on the ride side of the car in her path.....she turned the SUV directly at the agent.

The agent is in no way required to let someone run over them or even touch them with their vehicle before they defend themselves from what see to be a threat, not what you see because you aren't there looking at what they are, and it's not your life.
