Regardless of intent from either side, when she went forward, were her wheels turned right?

Her intent does not matter..........she pointed the SUV at him and drove it at him....he saw the vehicle coming at him and it was a threat.......and she hit him........

Her intent would only apply if she went to trial for committing the felony of hitting a federal agent.
