she was posing zero threat. in fact she turned her back to get into the car b4 her wife drove off. & telling him to go to lunch is not fighting words by any means.
smokey eyes said the agent was 'sensitive' because of PTSD .
he should have not been there & JD threw him under the bus with that statement. he's cooked.

He freed his shooting hand and placed it in the retention position when the "husband" got aggressive within Tueller distances on the passenger side of the car. He didn't draw until the car moved forward furtively when he was in front of it.

The agent who shot her, after she struck him with her vehicle, was the person who was hit by her vehicle.
Sorry, the ACTUAL video doesn't show her striking him. It shows this coward walking in front of her car and was bumped and then he executed her on the scene.

i maintained my position from the start & have asked you more than once re: his sensitive PTSD. you've yet to address it. so i asked it as a stand alone.
well that's what smokey eyes said. & he was sent out to the press as the mouthpiece for the administration's position.
according to JD, the agent should be given a break given his ... sensitivity.
