I'm glad you don't think ICE should be assaulted by auto as has happened over 100 times last year. However, the 1A is protected IF they don't try and impede ICE movement, and operation. If they insert themselves to obstruct ICE's activities, they are turning themselves into unlawful participants, and depending on what they do, they put their lives in danger....
