It looks like nothing can be done to her under Federal Law. Of course, that just depends on if you follow and abide by Federal Law, without attempt to subvert it, or update and do backwards enforcement, which would constitute and ex post facto legal situation, prohibited by Article I, Sections 9 and 10 of the U.S. Constitution, which prevent both the federal and state governments from enacting such laws.
