What? She came here with her entire family, as an approved and authorized refugee family who had been accepted for asylum. She was a child...around 13.

5 years living here, she applied for her naturalization to be a citizen, and became a US citizen in the year 2000. There was no lying to get her citizenship....it was near guaranteed after her family was accepted as refugees seeking asylum from Somalia and violence. They sought asylum in the USA the legal way through an Embassy in Kenya, had all approved paperwork for the family before arrival, from all I've read on it...

Her marriage to this British Citizen Student attending university here, in 2009 simply can't have anything to do with obtaining, her own citizenship...which was sealed 9 years earlier,in 2000.

Looks like the date is 2009. Most immigration fraud charges have a statute of limitation suspense date of 5 years, though in some specific cases, can range up to 10 years. It looks like nothing can be done to her under Federal Law. Of course, that just depends on if you follow and abide by Federal Law, without attempt to subvert it, or update and do backwards enforcement, which would constitute and ex post facto legal situation, prohibited by Article I, Sections 9 and 10 of the U.S. Constitution, which prevent both the federal and state governments from enacting such laws.

If you can't catch the perves when they rape them, and can avoid prosecution, they should be able to skate forever, if they are rich and get to attack anybody they raped for saying they were raped, slander their name, reputation, effect their employability, if they they don't have the money to make you quit, your are home free.
