Trump was already found guilty of committing crimes. You shaking your walker at the sky isn't going to change that. Crimes are not official actions. Reimbursing a private attorney for private services from before Trump wasveven president are also not official presidential actions.

That's not true. It was determined to be a campaign contribution since it provided benefit to Trump's campaign. By law, Cohen could not have contributed more than $2,700. He contributed $130,000. He was charged with that crime... pled guilty to that crime... went to prison for that crime.

Justice Sonia Sotomayor did not hold back in her dissent.

“Let the President violate the law, let him exploit the trappings of his office for personal gain, let him use his official power for evil ends. Because if he knew that he may one day face liability for breaking the law, he might not be as bold and fearless as we would like him to be. That is the majority’s message today. Even if these nightmare scenarios never play out, and I pray they never do, the damage has been done. The relationship between the President and the people he serves has shifted irrevocably. In every use of official power, the President is now a king above the law.”

She prays they never do play out or takes place in her review right, but thinks that because of the ruling, it could mean that in the future or going forward that there will be a definite possibility that they will take place.... 😆
