I'd guess a false flag.

That said, Ukrainians are no shrinking violets, my great grandmother was Ukranian, surviving the starvation tactics of the Soviets in WWII. I've never met a woman as mentally tough as she was. She happened to treat me as one of the few she liked to I take great personal pride in this.

Ultimately, the longer this war goes on the more enemies, internal and external Putin makes. Imagine how many poor Russian sons have died in this war?

Ultimately, Zelensky would be insane to attempt this. This would put a bullseye on his own back. I'd suspect a false flag before any foreign agency.
