It appears that voice recording shows Lobach was piloting the B.H. Helicopter because she verbally responded to the ATC at least twice before ignoring the commands to descend and turn.

Well she did supposedly have 450 hrs. flying the blackhawk. That only qualified her for the co-pilot seat during peacetime. she needed at least another 250 hrs. to qualify.
