BREAKING: President Trump Shares Photos Of Kilmar Abrego Garcia's MS-13 Gang Tattoos

My “lyin eyes” see a hand. No idea whose hand that is. Kinda odd that the cops never mentioned that (although they went off on his friggin HAT. ). The immigration judge never saw it.

In fact it only comes up now?

Not that Trump or his people would lie but…
you mean the imagination judge that said he was a member of MS 13 ? and how do you know that tat isnt one of the reasons 2 immigration courts and the local police said he was MS 13 ..

He did, it’s over. The only thing you can ***** about is where he was sent to. How about we fly him over to ******* Somalia? Then you’ll stop complaining?
Hum.

I can clearly remember 10-12 years back when the Tea Party was still a thing, us all demanding the Constitution be followed, I was right there among them.

But now, when it comes to an illegal immigrant, for which the 5th and 14th still apply, we suddenly have no need of the law, or what the Constitution says.

Yes, what's done is done, but what was done was against the law.

1) Hamdi v. Rumsfeld (2004) (U.S. citizens detained during emergencies are entitled to due process, including the right to challenge detention.)

2) Boumediene v. Bush (2008) (Non-citizen detainees have habeas corpus rights, and suspension during emergencies is unconstitutional.)

See above.

Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer (1952) (Executive emergency actions cannot bypass due process without Congressional authority.)

Like I said, putting America first means putting her laws first, even if they help someone we don't like or support.
run on that in the midterms and in 2028 ...the Enemy Aliens Act says otherwise ..

The guy is a thug. But that being said, he needs to have his due process observed.

If we are going to claim to be a nation of laws, demanding that our immigration laws be followed, then we need to enforce the laws regarding due process, too, lest we be hypocrites.
he's here illegally .. the POTUS has the right and the authority to have him deported ..

Only if he had a proper removal hearing beforehand.

Did he have one? Under the AEA or Title 8? Can you show me?

Look at the pic that Trump showed

It clearly has MS13 on it. The pic of Garcia standing with a blue checked shirt has many of the same tattoos… but NO MS 13!

LOOK AT IT!
lol ! the pic is showing what each tattoo means idiot ! lol ! nice try ... i take that back .. a pathetic try ..

That doesn't change the fact the order was violated. Even Trump admitted he made a mistake. Due process was not observed because the proper removal proceedings never took place. An existing order was not obeyed.

Now, as for you calling me a leftist, you don't know me. I have a history on this board of taking both sides, but I am majorly conservative.

You can check my content if you'd like, but don't ever call me a Leftist.

Since we're on the topic of due process..... let's not forget this famous statement:

"Take the guns first, go through due process second."

It's starting to look like a pattern.

My guts tell me he is being manipulated by his advisors. That's it, that's all.

However, what was the context of that statement, buttercup? What was the surrounding commentary?

In other words, I know how the law works. The judge in 2019 said he couldn't be removed to El Salvador. Guess what happened? He was sent to El Salvador, violating the order. He was not given prior notice of his removal to El Salvador.
My understanding was when Trump invoked the Alien Act, that order was negated.

Yeah...I've said all along that he's just the "face" or spokesperson of the powers-that-be at the moment....not the actual mastermind. Unpopular view around here, but I think these days that's the case with all presidents.

He had his day in court and was ordered deported. He had a second day in court and was deported just not to El Salvador because his gang affiliation may get him killed. Which I honestly don’t know why we should care. His deportation should be to his home country. His criminal activity there that puts him in danger isn’t our problem.

Here’s where this all ends. He was ordered to be deported by the court. That’s not arguable. Which leaves us two choices for the left to make. Either he is a gang member and should have been deported somewhere other than his home country. Or he’s not a gang banger and is perfectly fine in his home country.

Either way he had his day in court. He’s not staying here.

My understanding was when Trump invoked the Alien Act, that order was negated.
When I read the April 7 SCOTUS ruling on the AEA, the court said that the AEA does not negate existing legal protections of those here illegally.

He had his day in court and was ordered deported.
The order was rescinded and a "withholding of removal" order issued.
