I heard the protester was a Republican against Trump and that he was NOT armed. The Secret Service did their job, and did it well. It was a false alarm but we should all be glad these professional security people don't take chances. Well done!

The guy had no gun and just held up a "Republicans against Trump" sign. He claims people were trying to grab the sign and they couldn't get it and someone yelled gun and all hell broke loose. Trump supporters were already taking care of business by the time Secret Service jumped in. If he had a gun it is doubtful he would have gotten off a shot.
