Or to put it differently, you just admitted he was the best NYC mayor ever, so how do you suddenly discount him just because he aligned with Trump? The fact that a guy this solid, the best mayor ever of the world's most important city aligned with Trump, should lend Trump some really big credibility and brownie points, otherwise you are just contradicting yourself and insulting the guy you just called NYC's best mayor ever.

I hope he is well, I know he's had some lapses like that one time he had some sort of hair dye that ran on him but he has been a vital connection to sanity in NYC for eons, maybe the last, and if anything happens to him now, I will wonder what role the Biden witchhunt which tried to criminalize the poor guy, had on him.
