BREAKING NEWS: Israel Air Force Strikes Hezbollah Military Structure In Lebanon During Early Morning Raid, Has The War Officially Begun?

The war with Lebanon begun on 8th Oct,
firing rockets at Israel for no reason, but to join 'the party' with Hamas.

The only relevant standing question is - will Iran abandon Hezballah,
realizing that further escalation with Lebanon will exhume a price on Iran?

And will Hezballah sacrifice Lebanon for Iran - because returning to the stone age is not a question of if, but when. Which is why Iran is looking for a ladder to climb that tree down, because neither Russians or the Chinese want the market instability, and Iran's economy, depending mostly on oil exports, is their weakest point. It takes a single port - Yemen was a practice run.

Lebanese people believe they are descended from the Phoenicians, who were a Bronze Age civilization that lived in Lebanon around 3,500 B.C. .

The Phoenicians were a western branch of the Canaanites, and some genetic studies suggest that modern Lebanese people are direct descendants of the Canaanites. According to a 2010 article in The Independent, at least 30% of Lebanese people have genetic traces of the Phoenicians, regardless of their religion.

Of all people in the Middle East, Lebanese are closest to Jews, genetically and mentally.
Specifically the Lebanese Christians, because their Muslims are just like the rest
of the illiterate rapist thugs.

And when these same people wipe you off the face of the planet , you will simply reap what you have sown .

Nothing more sick making than arrogant Jews mistakenly imagining themselves to be superior .

And here is the rub :-
Even if there is a grain of truth in that comment , the last thing a smart Jew would do is rub other people's noses in the dung .
For centuries .

Because that's a long term death wish .

Now you dance along singing that tune in unison for another 75 years...

Do you want that hate eating you up on the deathbed?

The Jews of Lebanon” (link below). They lived for centuries in Lebanon in harmony with the rest of the population. Lebanon in general had about 21 minorities and Jews there were respected just as the others were. They were generally fairly well off, but not particularly intellectual in orientation as a community, though one or two were famous doctors who were called on to treat important people, even in other countries. In fact some teachers of Arabic in the early 20th century in Haifa (then Ottoman Palestine) came from Lebanon. They were observant Jews but cosmopolitan (like most Lebanese at that time, I gather), and in the late 19th and the 20th centuries, their young people often went to France to study.

Israel expelled Palestinians in 1947-48, 1956, 1967 and 1973.

The Christian-Muslim population balance in Lebanon was destroyed, and things became a bit harder for Jews. Still they were fine till the wars with Israel in the 1980’s, at which time the majority fled and only a handful remained.

We used to go for a week every year. Lebanese people are warm and friendly.. nothing like Israelis. I think they are that way because they are more secure and cosmopolitan. They don't have a persecution complex.

Israel has been attacking Lebanon since 1950. Ariel Sharon tried to divert their rivers. Shameful larceny.

Relax fatima, and pull that skirt lower - your biases are showing.

15th post
Israel has been killing Lebanese Christians and Muslims since 1950.
And there you have the reason for the Civil War in Lebanon. Actually, it seems to me that Israel (with urging and/or support from the US) is the reason for all the wars in the Middle East since at least the end of WW II.
