I think it would be better for women's health if they weren't forced out of playing sports and into getting undressed in front of men in locker rooms when they're girls.

Men can have babies too, Joe!!
Liberal female logic

They demand full access to activities normally engaged in by men

such as miltary combat, law enforcement, fire fighting and other activites that men are best suited for

and then they demand those organizations address their “special needs”when the men didnt need or want them in the first place

Or, they claim to be as rough and tough as the guys but as soon as they get hit on by a guy they go running crying to authority figures.

How about facing the facts that all people participate in our society and civilization and that, when a heterosexual couple creates a pregnancy, it is the female half of the couple that carries it? She has "the football." This is the way it is, but nothing to provide any justification for excluding those who carry the results of fertilization within their bodies from participation in normal events in the society they live in.

Being a fighter pilot is hardly a normal societal event.

They don't age well.

I may have not phrased it well. But what is the problem with accepting people as they are? Being pregnant is a normal fact of human life that should be accommodated. We all came from this process. Accept it. It is no reason to exclude people who are participating in this process according to the role that their bodies take in the reproductive process.

Technically ... The pregnant service member has accepted the oath and consequences thereof of becoming active duty personnel.
However, the unborn child is in no way obligated to serve in the same capacity as the expecting mother.

Service members do not have the same rights as private citizens.
The military can, and should, ban pregnant personnel from flying missions.

There are certain vocations that should not accommodate a pregnancy. Fighter pilot is one for one thing the movement of a plane in combat would be exceedingly dangerous to a fetus not to mention the woman. No thinking person would suggest that a pregnancy belongs in air combat. Unless and this is likely. You think all pilots are the same and a fighter pilot is no different than a commercial airline pilot.

The rapid changes in air pressure, the increases in gravity during maneuvers would be enough to disqualify a pregnant woman. If she had to eject, a small bomb going off under a pregnant belly would kill them both.

Thanks for your consideration, but I still believe that is over-thinking the whole situation.

A commander decides who flies what mission ... Not the pilot.
I would have serious reservations if a commander put a pregnant woman in the cockpit.

It's not a statement towards her abilities, toughness, ambition or whatever.
It's simply the ability to put the mission and operational success before the individual concerns of stupid people.

How can a fertilized egg accept a mission? It doesn't even have a functioning brain yet, much less have the capacity to understand such a decision.
Even if you think so, once the birth process is over, the pilot is mission-ready, no?

I didn't say it had to accept anything ... I stated it isn't obligated to perform required duties at the same capacity.

The depth of its comprehension level is not in questions.
The fetus or unborn child should not be forced into compulsory service because the expecting mother decides she wants to fly a mission.
