Actually, it was incredibly reasonable given they were non-violent offenses that are almost never charged.

The law says gross negligence is a felony. And considering they allowed the crackhead to skate on the most serious tax felonies that deal would have been a gift wrapped in paper and bows. I'm just glad the judge had the sense to reject it. I have no doubt you'll keep lying about it.

None of that has to do with actual criminal charges against Hunter.

He wasn’t charged for anything to do with Ukraine annuendo, he was charged with lying on his gun application and evading taxes - all of which he did and pled guilty to.

The gun application law is never charged and brought to trial with ALL OTHER CITIZENS, unless involved in perpetrating a crime....they get a first time offense break, with other penalties that do not involve prison, like volunteer community time and fees.

It would be unjust under those conditions to any citizen being brought to trial for breaking this law, and not be treated like all other citizens with a first time offense, admitting guilt.

The tax evasion, is also usually not punished if the perp, pays the back taxes....they handle these cases through civil court and civil penalties.....

But if the President were to pardon another stranger for the exact same paperwork gun law without another crime.... I would think Biden made a good choice on pardoning the stranger.....

If Joe Biden was adjudicated by his own DOJ as being too incompetent to stand trial for his documents case, why is he not too incompetent to remain in office and issue pardons?

Spending cuts are the only thing that matters. You can only raise taxes so much. Spending HAS to be cut if we ever plan balancing things out.

The problem is, the debt that's already here? It's here to stay, the only way to pay back debt is to remove money from the system and due to interest, there's not enough money in the system to pay the debt off. We might be able to pay it down a little and even then, that is hard, but never able to pay it off. So, we will have debt forever. The only way to prevent further erosion of our economic system is to cut spending.

I thought he's been sober for 5 years,that's 2019 nearing 2020.
