I would love to know how the charges were a miscarriage of justice.

Oddly, trump will be able to copy/paste most of that rationalization when it comes time for him to start making pardons.

Generally, I'm actually in favor of him pardoning his son, however, the blanket pardon, going back to 2014, might stymie some of the investigations into burisma and Ukraine, that may involve Joe himself.

Let's hope Patel can find a way around that, and still hold Joe accountable.

I think he was wrong when he directed his justice department to prosecute the cops involved in the Breonna Taylor incident.

He committed multiple crimes, and was convicted of multiple crimes. Then his corrupt dad pardoned him for those crimes AND any other crimes he may have committed in the past 10 years known or unknown.

Except the crimes he was convicted of were minor and usually not things that are prosecuted.

Remember, you guys were the ones who went apeshit over 83,000 new IRS employees actually doing audits of everyone to look for tax violations. Well, this is what that would have actually looked like.

That's a good point. If he is brought before the GJ, he cannot lie, he has to spill the beans on everything. If he lied to a GJ, he opens himself up to prosecution again.

But yeah, it's a bit telling that the pardon goes back to the start of the Ukraine ordeal. Must mean there is something to the allegations.
