Cannon has still set a trial date for August 14. It will obviously be delayed at some point.

Jack Smith, why did Attorney General Garland have to go all the way to Europe, bringing Smith back from the Hague to prosecute Trump. Certainly there are a 100 other lawyers that are local to the D.C. district that could of prosecuted?

That is the first red flag, in conjunction with, two high profile cases where Smith was accused of misconduct. The first with Democrat John Edwards, case lost. The second case went to the supreme court where all the Justices ruled against Jack Smith.
